How to Arrive

Miravet is located in the county of Ribera d’Ebre in the region of Tarragona in Catalonia, 45 minutes from Reus and 2 hours from Barcelona. Directions to get to the house are as follows:

Directions from Reus Airport  

 

There are often very cheap flights through Ryanair to Reus airport from selected UK and Irish airports throughout the year. Driving from the airport takes approximately 45 minutes.

 

Take a right turn out of the airport


At the first roundabout follow signs to Tarragona (3rd exit)


Stay in the right hand lane and follow the exit for Falset (this is the N420 - take this road straight down until to reach Mora la Nova and Mora d’Ebre on your right hand side).


Do not take the turn off for Falset as this will take you into the centre of the village.


 You will drive over the River Ebro and come to a roundabout – take the 3rd exit which is sign-posted for Miravet

 

You will first drive through the village of Benissanet before reaching Miravet. As soon as you see the “Miravet” sign at the entrance to the village (where the first houses begin), take the first right turn (on the bend). To reach the house you then need to veer up to your right where you will see 2 rows of houses – Els Canterers is the last house in the second row.

 

Directions From Barcelona          

 

Follow signs for Tarragona on the AP7 motorway (there are pay tolls along the way).

 

Take Exit 34 following signs for Reus until you see the first signs for Falset  - (Once off the motorway, do not follow signs for Tarragona as this will take you in the opposite direction) -  Make sure you follow the signs for Falset and continue along this road straight down until you reach Mora la Nova and Mora d’Ebre on your right hand side).
